Get ready to meet your new favourite band – KING 810

Like your music extreme and visceral?  Get ready to meet your new favourite band – KING 810

Yesterday, Monday 9th June saw the release of KING 810’s debut EP, ‘proem’. Intended as a snapshot of material from the band’s forthcoming debut full-length, which is set for an 18th August release, ‘proem’ offers four tracks of graphic, explicit catharsis from frontman and visionary, David Gunn.

The bands’ work is the fruit of a life lived in Flint, Michigan, (dubbed ‘Murdertown, USA’ by the New York Times) and Gunn lays out his words as a document of ‘memoirs’, a reflection on the trials and horrors of he and his crew’s day-to-day existence in a dying metropolis.

You can also create your own surveillance GIF and get a free download of one EP track ‘Fat Around The Heart’ over at http://proem.king810.com.
Check out the band’s UK debut at Download Festival on Sunday 15th June on the Red Bull Stage.
