Icelandic thrash metallers Bootlegs have inked a new worldwide management deal with GlobMetal Promotions. The band’s latest album “Ekki fyrir viðkvæma” was released last year.
Between 1986 and 1991 Bootlegs were one of the bigger names in Icelandic metal, known for their old school thrash stylings. A 1998 reunion gig was followed by a mini-comeback between 05-07, and after another hiatus the band returned to start a new chapter in 2012. They released their fourth album Ekki fyrir viðkvæma in 2015 to positive reviews from all over the world.
GlobMetal’s roster also includes Arizona’s Azerine, Polish goth/dark metal band Alcalary, and Russian alt metallers Not Bad.
