Kill For Company are a four man band formed in 2015, situated in London. In December 2016, they dropped their EP titled “The Sadness Lasts Forever”.

Their music is influenced by several bands such as Decapitated, Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth etc. Although a mix of these bands may sound not so promising and end in a disaster, Kill For Company totally nails it. Brutal vocals mixed with intense drumming and twisted riffs are featured all the way through this release. Even though there are only 4 tracks, the EP gives you a real hype. Every song is a brutality for it self. The vocals can really remind you of older Decapitated tracks, but that’s the beauty in it, mixing a couple of styles to forge an epic piece like this.

The lead guitar play is amazing. Even the solos give you a feel of brutality together with the heavy vocals and riffs. You might expect atleast one song to be a little slower and calmer, but that’s not the case here. All four songs are energetic and deliver a pure metal sound as if the band have been playing together for more than a decade !

Being a new band and delivering an album with this much energy, not stopping anytime in the EP, the only word that comes to mind is: “WOW!” This album is a real must have for fans of metal, the brutal kind. The only thing that is missing on this EP is a 10 second message before the first song saying: “Caution, heavy headbanging music ahead, listen at your own risk”!
