Review:

With a ton of EPs out before this, this Texas native has put out a beast of an album this time. Chock full of samples of religious nuts talking about Satan, rituals and possession, plus a ton of hooks, this is the shit.

You get religious samples mixed in a few songs, especially on the first track “Possessor,” so you can get an idea where this is going. Not much of a fan of people who are believers of the man in the sky, but a fan of electronics trickery that will possess you to dance. The songs are tight, concise and will sound good cranked up in a club or in the car. You can’t help but get excited about these amazing sounds. My favourite track is the ’80s sounding “Sigil.” I love every sound and second of that song and played it a few times before continuing on. There are some cookie monster vocals on here, I guess to remind us that Satan is around, especially on last the track “Commandment.” I usually hate those kind of vocals, but they really work on this album.

This was a fun and crazy ride that will scare your neighbours and put a smile on your face while doing it. Grab this, play it loud and have fun watching the normals scatter.
