Tonight came with 8 hours of entertainment and debauchery and fun. Please note these photos may contain nudity.
Antichrist is one of those nights where you can feel the excitement and electricity in the air, as the alternative fetish scene scramble to come up with extreme and revealing outfits for this event. With a theatre of entertainment, top scene DJs on multiple dancefloors, there is also a dungeon, dark playroom, photo booth as well as a chillout area, if it’s all too much and you need a rest.
On arrival, it’s always good to have a wander around to work out your bearings before you get too drunk and a chance to check out what everyone is wearing…if anything at all! Antichrist has some of the most open-minded and friendliest people you can meet.
Tonight’s entertainment included:
Theatre of Sin – Top Floor
11.30 Demonstration of whip cracking.
This was exactly what is says on the tin. If you’re into a bit of whipping, then here’s where you learn to do it correctly.
11.55 Bone Cult – Death Electronica https://www.facebook.com/bonecultband/
Forming in in 2013, the Nottingham based band has already performed with high profile acts including Slaves, Sleaford Mods and The Qemists. As well as extensive touring across the UK and Europe, Bone Cult have appeared at festivals including ‘Dot to Dot Festival’ and FOCUS Wales. They bring a heavier side to the electronic genre and the duos have a great stage presence performing with great energy while each wearing masks. This was a great way of mixing up the performances.
12.35 Midnight Iris – “Untamed Fire”
Midnight Iris is a Southampton based model who has been modelling pinup and gothic for over three years, as well as a performer who mixes both belly dancing and burlesque into her acts. She’s been a tribal belly dancer for over 5 years and has since incorporated a love for burlesque and together makes her act very beautiful and seductive to watch.
Tonight she wore dreadfalls and belly dance wear from her website www.midnight-iris.com
12.45 Satan’s Strip Show Tonight’s show consisted of Sisters of Seduction https://www.facebook.com/sistersofseductionokc/
Marquissa Darq https://www.facebook.com/marquissadarq/ who performs a burlesque artiste, mixing traditional dance with comedy burlesque, which always leaves her audience mesmerized as well as laughing. Next up was Iris Catsa who performs a sexy strip tease burlesque show while ending with Dr Sylvie Silver.
1.30 Pretty Addicted – The loopy Dance-Punk band your mum hates!
It was then time for more live music! I have always been a fan of the British band Pretty Addicted right from the beginning and Vicious always knows how to put on a show and tonight was no exception. Mixing genres like, punk, industrial and dance they always manage to get everyone up on their feet and fills the room with energy! https://prettyaddicted.bandcamp.com/

The Hellfire Room
This floor is open all night, playing alt anthems/postpunk/80’s/goth/metal showcasing a mix of talented DJ’s

Plus with a dungeon area with access via the chillout courtyard for those who need a rest there is also a dark playroom (I will leave that to your imagination) as well as a photo booth with their resident photographer, with walkabout performances, hot food stall, lounge areas, and even a small cinema on the stairs, usherettes and more!
This was the first time here for photographer Catherine Beltramini who has recently been shooting goths for her photography project commented:
It was my first time at the club and I found it very enlightening and interesting. It was quite an eye opener for someone who has never been there before. What I will say is that I found everyone very welcoming and friendly with a wide array of costumes. People really made the effort for the 15th birthday party! The performances were good and kept the crowds captivated. Despite all the decor and equipment being lost in a fire, the place was still decorated sufficiently to make it look appealing.
Many thanks to Missy Void and Dom Van for such an amazing night!
Be sure to be at the next event!
